At NOVAYA , every product is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. As a result, we follow a limited return policy to maintain quality standards and avoid unnecessary waste.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or replacements for damaged or defective products.

We do not accept returns for:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Personal preferences

Since each item is printed on demand, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged.

2. Return Timeframe

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Proof Requirement (Very Important)

To process your request, you must provide:

A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened
Visible proof of the damage or defect in the product

This helps us verify the issue and prevent misuse.

4. Refund Process & Timing

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

You may receive either a replacement product or a refund, depending on the situation
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size issues or preference changes.

However, if your product is damaged or defective, we will provide a free replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged:

Report it within the allowed timeframe
Provide the required unboxing video proof
Our team will review and resolve your issue as quickly as possible

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Correctly delivered products with no defects
Items used, washed, or altered
Products without proper proof (unboxing video)

8. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is approved due to damage or defect, we will bear the cost of replacement
Customers are not required to return the damaged product unless specifically instructed
